Rachel Wein - PharmD, BCPS, Specialist in Poison Information
Rachel Wein is a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Emergency Medicine at Detroit Receiving Hospital, where she also serves as the PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency Program Director. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Michigan in 2016 and completed both PGY1 Pharmacy and PGY2 Emergency Medicine residencies at Detroit Receiving Hospital. Her clinical interests include toxicology and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS).
